The funny events, scary moments & people we encounter en route going nowhere slowly
In a world where life becomes a bit hairy because the volume has been turned too high, you smell smells acutely & things taste wierd. Too much is going on at one time .... in a rush and your mind turns to mush. Relax, have a look at yourself & laugh. It's not that bad. Maybe you are a little different (and that is okay), or a family member is - or perhaps a friend. Time to understand HSP and no coffee.
Lockdown Journalling ideas, a delicious healthy coleslaw recipe, new handwashing songs - ditch happy birthday and thoughts on Day 3 at home in sunny South Africa during the Coronavirus Pandemic
When I interviewed the golden full moon she shared her secret thoughts and wonderings whilst hovering over this mysterious magicaal piece on Earth, the Kruger National Park.
Step away from fear a moment and look at your inner soul. Find you! The real you -now who the world wants you to be or you have become to be acepted or find happiness temporarily. . Write it on the walls to keep focused - then don't where you personally fit into the world and find inner peace. I rediscovered it in a wildlife park in Africa.
Bye bye Kruger - so many tears. Returning home. Have you moved recently, or perhaps renovated your home (whilst living in it)? Ever watched raindrops trickling along on their own journey? Our return home after Kruger Adventure and how sad I am, why, what, how, time to regroup and settle my heart and head. Moving is difficult even if there is purpose.
When you visit South Africa you will be introduced to a whole new English Dictionary
A Kruger day of scares, delight and adventure all on my own in "Susie, the bug". Scares, delight, conversation & mirages of animals.
I have great respect for Guides & Trackers. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, endurance and willingness to share are wonderful. Take a Safari one day.
I am a child of Africa, born in beautiful Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and grew up on a beautiful Tobacco Farm. I've moved many many times and do not really know where I want to put my forever roots down. I have fun doing everyday things away from my home, trying to see the wonderment of life through the eyes of a child. A day out, weekend away, week away...... And months' travelling hold magical memories and events. These are what make me who I am - cautious, adventurous, fun loving & hungry to discover colours, countries, geography, cultures and experiences... and I'm normal too ... tiring travel makes me frowny too sometimes. .... and my packing advice is take... passport, medical kit, credit card and your smile
